Following a meticulous onsite assessment, we will furnish you with a detailed proposal outlining the mutually agreed-upon price and service timeline. The specified service address during this consultation will be the designated location. All details, including pricing and timeline, will be clearly outlined in the initial section of our agreement.
For our esteemed fixed-term customers, service invoices will be systematically generated and dispatched every 20th of the month. Payment is expected within seven days from the issuance of the invoice to the designated service guy's account.
For one-off or individual customers, payment is required in advance before the service is rendered. An invoice will be issued, and services will commence upon receipt of payment.
We pride ourselves on providing the requisite cleaning chemicals and materials. Should you have specific preferences or requirements for special or hypoallergenic chemicals, kindly notify Service Guys before the initiation of the initial cleaning. We are also happy to use cleaning supplies and equipment provided by you.
Clients are obligated to provide adequate parking space and unrestricted access to the property, encompassing all areas scheduled for cleaning or decluttering, at the mutually agreed-upon day and time.
Acknowledging the significant investment in time and resources allocated to training our staff, clients are prohibited from engaging directly or indirectly with any Service Guys staff for similar services within 12 months following the conclusion of the contract. Violation of this clause will be deemed a Breach of Contract in favour of Service Guys Ltd.
A minimum 48-hour notice is requisite for the cancellation or alteration of a scheduled cleaning. A "Call Out Fee," equivalent to 60% of the agreed per-visit price, will be applied if our service personnel are unable to perform the cleaning due to unavoidable reasons from the customer's end.
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please submit a written request detailing your concerns within 24 hours of the service date. We will address the issues promptly. In cases where the service does not meet your expectations, we offer a one-time service redress, ensuring that identified issues will be fixed on the subsequent visit. This service redress is provided at no additional cost to you.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Service Guys Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or any other liabilities. It is expressly acknowledged that Service Guys Ltd maintains comprehensive insurance coverage to address such instances.

In the event of any damage, clients are reassured that Service Guys Ltd is fully insured by a reputable insurance provider. Our insurance coverage is designed to handle and cover damages up to the extent specified by the insurance policy. Clients further acknowledge that Service Guys Ltd shall not be liable for amounts exceeding the coverage provided by our insurance provider. This approach ensures a transparent and fair resolution process, assuring clients that they will not be required to bear costs beyond the limits of our insurance coverage.
In the unlikely scenario of accidental damage, kindly contact our office within 24 hours of the appointment completion. Your prompt notification and cooperation are highly appreciated.
In the event of a payment default, a late fee of 5% will be charged for every week the payment is overdue. Persistent payment defaults may result in the suspension of services or termination of the agreement.
Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement by providing a written notice at least 30 days before the stipulated termination date.
These terms collectively form the agreement between the parties, governing routine premium cleaning, property decluttering service, and quality labour support. This agreement supersedes any preceding agreements, whether oral or written, ensuring transparency and clarity in our collaborative partnership.
